Yvonne

Yvonne decided on a mid-life career change from the mental health and drug / alcohol sector and moved into Veterinary nursing, from which she will graduate in December 2021.

Yvonne’s love for animals started from a very young age and always has a house filled will animals, from her scaled reptiles and turtles to fluffy bunnies and guinea pigs, to her most treasured and beloved chihuahua’s – Waffle and Ollie.

Yvonne has a strong interest in critical care nursing as well as canine neuroscience. She has also recently completed the Fear Free Pets Certification as well as WIRES Rescue 101.

Yvonne ensures all our patients social-emotional well-being and comforts are met by doing whatever it takes to ensure they are happy and comfortable. She will always hunt for the most comfortable fluffy bed, pretty bows, bright bandanas and will even hand feed your fur-babies if that’s what it takes because she believes they deserve nothing less than the best.
