Dr Theresa
Veterinarian

Dr Theresa joined Gladesville Veterinary Hospital in December 2024 as a Veterinary Surgeon. Originally from Singapore, she graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney and has worked in small animal practice in Singapore since graduation.
In 2024, Theresa obtained Membership with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS) in Small Animal Dentistry and Oral Surgery. She has a special interest in both dentistry and surgery, and particularly enjoys the hands-on nature of her work. She loves being able to make a real and immediate difference to a patient’s comfort and quality of life.
Having spent a lot of time in hospitals as a child, Theresa’s early interest in medicine, combined with a deep love for animals, naturally led her to a career in veterinary science, a path she says she has never once regretted.
Outside of work, Theresa shares her time with Zinc, her energetic Whippet Cross puppy. Together, they love getting outdoors and exploring new parts of New South Wales. A quirky fact about Theresa? Like the mandarin, her favourite colour is orange, and she also speaks the language!
Languages Theresa speaks in addition to English: Mandarin Chinese.
