We’re undertaking a major overhaul to a brand spanking new computer system, and to imagine that this will happen without any teething problems at all would seem to be taking optimism to an unrealistic extreme. Our big “Conversion Day” will be March 25th: there may be some slight disruption in the time leading up to this date, but (hopefully) not too much afterwards. At the end of this process we’ll have a truly state-of-the-art records system to keep track of your pet’s medical history. We’re hoping to amaze you with what the new system will be capable of. In the meantime, we’ll be trying our darnedest to minimise any inconvenience to you, but hope that if there are a few hiccoughs you’ll understand.
