We are open seven days a week. All consultations are by appointment to facilitate better access for you and your pets.

Emergencies:

Although we do have a policy of appointments, emergencies must take priority and we will always be available to you in these situations.

After hours service:

For after hours service just call 9817 5758 and we will put you in touch with an Emergency Veterinary Clinic.

We routinely advise our clients in the local area to contact the VSC/ACCES emergency hospital for emergency services.

This emergency centre is located on the corner of Delhi and Plassey Rds at North Ryde.

We do provide, at no charge, an ambulance service to transport patients back to the Gladesville Veterinary Hospital the following day for ongoing patient care or discharge to the owner if more convenient.

In the event of owners utilising this service the account at VSC/ACCES must be paid prior to discharge from that facility.

Safety and consideration for others

To keep your pet safe while visiting our hospital, please keep cats in a secure box or basket, and your dog on a leash at all times.

Parking:

Ample parking is available in the front car park directly in front of reception.
