Surgery

At Gladesville we use the most up-to-date and safest anaesthetic techniques available, and analgesic drugs are routinely used to minimise the discomfort your pet might otherwise experience with surgical procedures. All of our vets are fully qualified in state-of-the-art operating procedures. Operations are carried out under the type of sterile conditions you would expect in a human hospital; we are fully equipped to perform orthopaedic and other advanced surgical techniques. All animals recovering from anaesthesia are monitored closely by our veterinary and nursing staff.

Intensive Care

The intensive care area is where we keep our very sick patients. These animals are monitored closely for any changes in their vital signs, and are given IV fluids if necessary.

Kennels

This is the area that we keep the animals who are either boarding or having surgery. The vet nurses ensure that the animals are kept clean, fed, and are given lots of TLC.
