Spring 2003
A Sad But Fond Farewell
It is with considerable regret that we have to let you know that Zoe will be leaving the practice at the end of September. Zoe joined GVH in January of 2000, immediately after she graduated with first class honours from the veterinary faculty of Sydney University. Since she arrived she has impressed all with her professionalism, enthusiasm and compassion for her patients; her cheery disposition have suffused the hospital like a fresh spring breeze.
We have all come to respect her professional skills, admire her character, and love her for the warm and caring person she is. She is also one of the most organised individuals any of us has ever come into contact with! Zoe is heading westwards to the veterinary faculty of Murdoch University in Perth, to take up a residency in veterinary imaging. We all knew that the ivory halls of academe would be calling her away from us one day.
We have no doubt that Zoe will continue to forge ahead and make a major contribution to our profession, and we hope that at GVH we’ve been able to provide her with a solid grounding to her future career. We know you will all join with us in wishing her the very best for her future, and in letting her know that we’ll miss her
